About me

A third culture kid (TCK), sometimes called a global nomad, refers to someone who has spent a significant period of their developmental years in one or more culture(s) other than their birth culture and has integrated elements of those cultures into a third culture.

Who I am

I am a TCK born in Nairobi, Kenya to Filipino parents serving as missionaries and grew up in Kenya, Uganda, Ethiopia, USA, Liberia, The Philippines and Thailand. Traveling the world most of my life, I've grown to love being a global nomad but enjoy calling USA my home for now.

As a graphic designer for the past 12 years, I've had the opportunity to work in-house, for design agencies and as a freelancer. I have designed for print, web and interactive CD projects of all sizes and have extensive experience in multi-piece marketing campaigns. I am equally capable in photography and some videography. I have worked for higher education, retail, health care, small businesses, religious and non-profit organizations.
